Since Sandy Hook, the NRA has signed up 100,000 new members. 'Baby Doc' Obama has assigned his 'Best and Brightest' VP Joe Biden to head a fact finding committee to search for answers on firearm violence. It would have been more appropriate to have placed AJ Holder in charge as he apparently has first hand knowledge of the dangers so called, Assault Weapons can have in the hands of criminals. He was in charge when said weapons were 'walked' across the Mecican border under Fast & Furious. So unless he is going to do a Susan Rice, we must assume he is responsible.

Internet weapon sites aer sold out of most brands of quality ammunition as are most weapons and sporting good stores. Gun Shows are selling out of ammunition on their opening days. Biden keeps making noises about Onama planning to act wuickly. Interesting factoid. Biden's last meeting was today, Friday, January 11, 2013. His report to Obama is due this coming Tuesday, January 15, 2013.

Looks like Biden will have but 72 hours to evaluate the input he received and write a report. Now we know Obama has a problem reading National Security Briefings so I wonder when he will find the time to read, what will most likely be a comprehensive report from his VP. We know our former Adjunct Law Professor, Community Organizer and all around rock star is very fond of the Constitution and we can be assured he will do nothing to violate the Second Amendment Rights of American citizens.

For the time being we will have to wait and see. On a more personal level, we have never seen so many people contacting Billy Jack for information and assistance on the Second Amendment and applying for CCW's since we began offering this service. I have been contacted by attorneys, pilots. physicians, business owners, school teachers, school administrators, PI's, body guards, and the general public. Brave has been very busy. Most I have been able to help. Some were in Los Angeles and a couple of other counties where issuance is virtually impossible unless you have a personal, or philosphical relationship with the Sheriff or Chief.

I encourage all to take a deep breath. Billy Jack and other brave American Patriots, Oath Keepers, Tea Partiers, Sons of Liberty and Paul and Paullete Revere's are watching this usurper of the Constitution very carefully. THis Brave personally feels this President is perhaps the greatest threat to our Constitution since the creation of this Republic, bless his heart.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio placing Posse members in Phoenix area schools. Trained, vetted, sworn volunteers. Primarily, retired and former law enforcement. Cost to taxpayers, ZERO!

School security can be addressed where there is a will and a desire. Or, we can sit around, hold pointless hearings, wring our hands, pass more laws to penalize firearm owners.

Los Angeles had a gun buy back program this past week. Primarily middle class Sheeple turning in old family heirlooms. I did not see Chewie, Homie, Vatos, Low Riders, Tres Quatos Crips, Black Guerrilla Family, New Black Panther Party, Sleeper Jihadists or Peaceful Moderate Muslims surrendering any weapons. I guess they did not get the memo.

While they were doing that, I continued to order ammunition, clean my weapons, train alone and with Team members and study Intel on terrorist groups within the US of A. Some of the terrorist groups are government sanctioned and must be understood and watched as well as non sanctioned groups. Some of you are smiling as you fully understand what this Brave is saying.

The Federal Government is generally immune from being sued, but government employees engaged in misconduct I am not so sure about. Perhaps an attorney on Facebook will provide an answer. It is my opinion that President Barack Hussien Obama ne: Barry Soetoro, Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta, Chairman, Joint Chief of Staff Martin E. Dempsey were culpable in the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith and Glen Doherty. Their failure to act resulted in the deaths of four Americans. They all failed to carry out the duties of their respective offices, thus making themselves civily responsible to the families of the 4 victims.

I am not sure how far such a lawsuit would go but it is an avenue that should be explored, not so much for monetary reasons, but for the truth. In this case, the American people can handle the truth. These four brave dead Americans can not call for justice, it is up to every American Patriot to demand justice on their behalf. Perhaps a Public Interest Law Firm, with a families permission, would be willing to take on such a suit in Federal Court.
