The Times they are a changing

Time to apply to Bay Area and Los Angeles area departments for a CCW. Do not do so just because you want to carry heat. If you have a legitimate need contact us. Some things are in process that will bring about change in some major departments in how they view CCW issuance.

Regret we can not share more with you but some of the CCW crowd frighten even Billy Jack.

Please do not apply without contacting us first. Even the manner in which a copy of the Policy and DOJ Application are obtained can be important in litigation down the road. Lots of form over substance.

Announcements [A]

Just want to let you know our e-mail for Feedback is now on line again. We are averaging 2-3 inquiries per day. I am heartened that we are even receiving questions from Shall Issue counties from people who want to do it right.

I want you all to know that their are no 'tin foil' hat wearers here, no conspiracy theorists and the only black helicopters we see are in movies like Live Free or Die Hard.

Our facts are accurate and we take our meds so our 'rants' are minimal. We want to assist clear thinking people with Good Cause in obtaining CCW's. We do not have a political agenda outside of the Constitution. We are aware that the Constitution has many Amendments besides the 2nd so we do not obsess on the 2nd, which by the way DOES NOT GIVE ANYONE THE 'RIGHT' TO A CCW. You stop beating that poor dead horse and we can move on to doing what we do here.

It helps if you provide a phone number with your questions to us as some require us to actually speak with you.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are about to enter a new year with many strange and illegal things being done to us in Congress by those that are convinced they know what is best for us. Let your voices be heard. Town Hall meetings, be nice and professional. Tea Parties. Meet like minded people that share your passion for the Constitution. Support politicians that share your passion, regardless of where they are running for office. Be temporate in your deeds, statements and actions.
